Gucci Mane Fresh Out of Prison: Hip Hop Fans Rejoice

Reported by inside sources at XXL Magazine, Gucci Mane has been released early from prison, after being locked up in September of 2013.

If you don't know who Gucci is, you have some serious catching up to do. He's been dubbed the father of trap, and is often noted as one of the main influences on the current hip hop scene.
According to CNN, the rapper was sentenced to serve 39 months after showing off his gun and threatening police. This incident was not his first run in with the law, starting back in 2005 the rapper faced charges of murder. The case was eventually dropped due to the lack of evidence, but his record doesn't stop there. He got arrested again in 2010 and 2012, both minor in comparison to his most recent stunt behind bars.
Gucci Mane's main trap queen, Keyshia Ka'oir was the first to leak the news about his release, after posting snapchats of the two of them holding hands with a caption reading "Reunited <3"

TMZ reports that Gucci's lawyer, Drew Findling, released a statement that he will be on house arrest for a number of months, and consequently, will be placed on probation.
. His time in jail hasn't done anything but earn him more credit in the trap scene, and fans are impatiently anticipating his return back to music.
